Sotheby’s St. Kitts & Nevis International Realty (SSKNIR) Invests in Developing Local Talent

Sotheby’s St. Kitts & Nevis International Realty has just announced a leadership development program targeting developing emerging leaders in the luxury real estate market. This exciting new initiative is referred to the “LEAD” Program.

“LEAD” is an acronym for “Luxury Emerging Agent Development” states Managing Partner Neil Paine. We refer to our “LEADs” as members of an elite training program. They will be expected to make contributions from Day 1 as employees, but will receive significant training and development from Sotheby’s International Realty corporate network, as well as from our seasoned Agents and Brokers in St. Kitts and Nevis.”

Each “LEAD” will develop a specialty/focus area, but will also be asked to work and grow as an important team member. All first year LEADS will assist with critical operations in establishing the new brokerage on the islands of St. Kitts and Nevis. Once LEADS successfully complete the training program, they will work towards becoming active Agents within the brokerage.

“This is an important component to our Corporate Social Responsibility plan in St. Kitts and Nevis”, continued Paine. “We want to ensure that our talent is locally sourced and developed into successful leaders in our beautiful Caribbean community.”
